We cannot guarantee that you will be at an high enough standard to take your practical driving test after your course. You must reach a standard consirdered safe by the instructor before being allowed to take the tuition vehicle on test.The Instructors decission is final.
We do not refund any test fee monies.
Access Direct can not be held responsibe for any cancellation of tests due to unforeseen circumstances beond our control.
If there are signs of alcohol or substance abuse or any abusive ,offensive or other unacceptable conduct the course will be terminated without notice, and Access Direct cannot be held responsible for any finacial loss incurred.
Deposits are none refundable and need to be paid within three days of your booking. No other refund of monies paid will be refunded unless 21 working days notice has been given. Full balance must be paid 28 working days prior to commencment of the course.
You must not change or cancel your driving test date or time without informing us first. This could result in us not being able to supply a tuition veiclhe for the test.
Please ensure you have both parts of your driving licence and theory test pass certificate, failure to do so could result in you not being able to take your practical test.
Pupils must meet the minimum eye test requirements. You must be able to read a number plate 79.4mm high and at a minimum distance of 20.5 meters. If you wear glasses/contact lenses then you must wear them whenever you are driving.
